"Order was late and communication was lacking..."
My order was late and I didn’t get any heads up about it. The site is a mess, honestly. It’s not user-friendly at all. When I reached out to customer service to fix my billing address, they didn’t pay attention to what I was saying. They ended up removing the wrong order that had the right billing info instead of the one I wanted gone. I’m still waiting on my order. That shampoo is super important to me, and now I’m all out, so I had to grab some from the store just to make do.

A few months back, I tried to place an order, but the website wouldn’t let me go through with it. I reached out via email, but never got a response, so I had to get my essentials from another source. Knowing I really like the diamond dremel bits from Frank Rowe, I thought I’d give ordering another shot. Everything seemed fine, and it was all set to ship on time, but then I discovered that the shampoo was backordered until January! Now I’m off to hunt for shampoo elsewhere, likely shelling out more for shipping.
